Our Mission
Foot pain shouldn't dictate your day. Yet millions of people push through—accepting discomfort as normal.
We founded StepRelief to change that. Our orthopaedic trainers are designed for real people with real foot conditions: plantar fasciitis, bunions, heel spurs, arthritis. We combine medical-grade support with contemporary style, so you never have to sacrifice one for the other.
Whether you're an NHS worker on your feet for 12 hours or simply someone tired of aching feet—we're here to help.
Walk pain-free. Live fully. That's the StepRelief promise.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Will these trainers help with my plantar fasciitis/bunions/heel pain?
Our Classic Trainers are specifically designed with orthopaedic features to address common foot conditions. The wide toe box relieves bunion pressure, the arch support helps with plantar fasciitis, and the cushioned sole reduces heel pain. Whilst we can't make medical claims, thousands of customers report significant pain relief. We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee—if they don't help, return them for a full refund.
-
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 6-8 business days. We know that's longer than Amazon, but it allows us to keep costs down and pass the savings to you. All orders over £75 qualify for free delivery.
-
Do they actually look good, or do they look like "old person shoes"?
We get this question a lot! Our trainers are designed to look like modern casual footwear—not medical devices. The clean, contemporary design means you can wear them to work, running errands, or out for a meal without anyone knowing they're orthopaedic shoes. Style and comfort aren't mutually exclusive.
-
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee. If the trainers don't relieve your foot pain or you're unsatisfied for any reason, return them for a full refund—no questions asked. Your comfort is our priority.
-
How do I know what size to order?
Our trainers fit true to UK sizing. If you normally wear a size 9, order a size 9. The wide toe box design means they'll feel roomier than regular trainers (that's intentional—your toes need space!). If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up. Still unsure? Contact us and we'll help you find the perfect fit.
